How to give eyelids and inside ears possibly nose a dewy finish?
So I've been wanting to add a little more realism to my dolls after the initial matting stage. I already use a gloss to add a little wetness to lips, nails, eyes as tears but I really want to add a dewy look on eyelids and inside of ears and possibly even around the nose a little. I've noticed on real babies, they have that oily appearance that looks dewy in these areas. I want it subtle but enough of a difference from the matte varnish but nothing close to the shine like glossing gives. Any suggestions?

They do make satin varnish medium which does what you are wanting to achieve and it does work. Not sure which medium you use. They make it in Genesis and Air Dry.
